薬事法回避作戦

 

インドからサンプルを入手した”某日用品”とは、実は「石鹸」です。

日本ではほとんど知られていない様々な効能のある石鹸なので、

ビジネスとしてはもちろんですが、多くの人たちに喜んで頂ける商品として

期待していたんです。

ところが石鹸が昨年の4月から薬事法の対象品目として規制が強化され、

実質的に輸入販売が不可能になったということは前回記述した通りです。

以前確認した時は未だ対象になっていなかったんですが．．．

 

何か方法はないものかと色々と検討模索した結果、二者択一でどちらかに

するしかないということになりました。

①　Toilette Soap という名目で雑貨品扱いで輸入することで薬事法の対象から

　　 外し、「自己責任で化粧石鹸としてお使い下さい。」と販売する。

②　同じく雑貨品として輸入し、ペット用に特化して販売する。

市場規模からすれば、やはり①を選択したいところです。

ネットで検索すると、そういった方法で様々な商品を販売しているサイトが

ゾロゾロ出てきます。

しかし、倫理的にどうしても引っ掛かってしまうんですね。

短期間でしたが食品を扱う仕事をしたことがあり、食品衛生法や農薬取締り法を

ある程度理解しているので、①はビジネスのために消費者をおざなりにすることに

なってしまうのでは？という疑念が残るのです。

 

最終的に②を選択することにしました。

小さく初めて、大きく成長させる方法の方が今の自分には合っていそうです。

それで軌道に乗れば、将来的に薬事法の認可を取り付けることができるかも

しれませんし、ダメでも原材料を大手のメーカーに供給するようなビジネスを

展開できるかもしれません。

 

別の商品を見つけ出すという方法もある訳ですが、ここはひとつ前向きに

考えて、薬事法の件が無ければ、おそらく気付きもしなかったペット用販売を

展開してみようとおもいます。
